Four days of intense activity at our stand, welcoming customers and companies interested in our packaging lines, demonstrating our equipment, and opening up new opportunities.
Apart from our well-known range of MC steam cappers for twist lids, we also showcased our F range of volumetric dosing machines, designed to take straightforward operation and hygiene requirements to another level. They can be used to dose all kinds of liquids (viscous or semi-viscous, with or without chunks) and are ideal for packaging fried foods, vegetable sauces, honey, pâté, sauces, creams, drinks… The twin-level design, the easy tool- and maintenance-free disassembly, the hygienic ducts and the CIP (Clean-in-Place) implementation with maximum reassurance were all a big surprise.
At Ayrtac Group, we encourage innovation in all facets of our business. This led to us creating the new range of HIGH-VACUUM capping machines, Oxyneg®. A new packaging technology that turns food preservation on its head. In recognition of this, we have been awarded the Liderpack Prize for innovation in machinery for packaging processes, for a range that was undoubtedly the star of our stand. We received the award at the fair, which we shared and celebrated with everyone present.
For the first time in history, Oxyneg® lets you preset the jar’s sealing and vacuum parameters –the two most important values in the world of glass packaging– on screen, marking a radical change in the canning industry.
Hispack has ensured we are once again in touch with our customers. This dialogue and collaboration are at the heart of innovation and learning, adapting to the particularities of each producer and responding to its day-to-day needs.
We came away from this meeting very satisfied and with new challenges to face. Other trade fairs await us in October, such as the Siane Toulouse industrial exhibition and the Pack Expo International in Chicago.
